Chris previously led real estate investments at Baker Street Advisors, allocating over $500M to commercial real estate funds and direct deals with a focus on after-tax returns. His extensive experience analyzing opportunities and serving on fund advisory committees brings a critical investor's perspective to Crown Point. He is also an MBA graduate of UC Berkeley Haas.
With a decade at NSW Corp, Kyle led the acquisition and renovation of over $150M in multifamily properties, delivering strong returns for investors. His hands-on approach to asset management and construction repositioning provides the operational foundation for Crown Point. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas.
